Even / HIE Hotel, Auckland

Our client wanted to develop a 500 room hotel on a corner site in the Auckland Central Business District. We provided traffic engineering input into designing appropriate vehicle access; internal car park layout design; arrangements for service vehicles; and changes to on-street car parking to facilitate the development.

Our role also included liaison with the City Council and the Road Controlling Authority to ensure that a non-notified consent could be obtained in a timely manner.
