The Fonterra Head Office project includes the development of 15,000m2 of office space together with the provision of 71 parking spaces.
We provided traffic engineering design advice for the internal vehicle access arrangements and developed a circulation strategy for the full development of the site accommodating more than 500 parking spaces via basement parking levels. The external traffic and pedestrian related effects of the proposal were assessed as were, construction related traffic effects. These were summarised in a Traffic Impact Assessment that accompanied the Resource Consent application which was granted on a non-notified basis.
