Access, Parking, and Pedestrian Strategy
TPC designed access for new car parking areas, planned service vehicle arrangements, and created a parking strategy tailored to event and daily visitor use. We also developed improved pedestrian connections to support safe and accessible movement throughout the precinct.

Transport Assessment and Expert Evidence
An Integrated Transport Assessment (ITA) was prepared to support the resource consent application. TPC also presented expert traffic engineering evidence at the notified Resource Consent hearing to address concerns and support approval of the project.
