Scott Point Plan Change

TPC were engaged by a consortium of land-owners to rezone property to accommodate up to 3,000 dwellings in the Scott Point area west of Auckland.

We were the lead traffic consultants for the Plan Change developing a Structure Plan and preparing an Integrated Transport Assessment to support the Plan Change including identifying traffic and roading improvements to support future growth and catering for a range of transport modes. The work involved traffic and transport modelling and liaising with relevant public sector agency’s including presentation of expert evidence at the Council consent hearing.
