The Challenge: Our client was undertaking multiple large transport projects with no way of determining whether the forecast benefits were actually being achieved.

Our Approach: TPC developed a methodology for data collection, monitoring and reporting so that the benefits of projects can be measured and assessed on an on-going basis. This allowed our client to gauge success of a project and learn lessons for future projects.

Outcome: Our methodology was applied to major projects throughout the country.
